Website Terms and Conditions

BY ACCESSING OR USING THE SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE
TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO
BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, YOU MAY EXIT THE
SITE.   AWELL LOGISTICS GROUP, INC. MAY MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT
AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS SHALL BE EFFECTIVE
IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT ON THE
SITE. YOU AGREE TO REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE
AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS AND YOUR CONTINUED ACCESS OR
USE OF THE SITE SHALL BE DEEMED YOUR CONCLUSIVE ACCEPTANCE
OF THE MODIFIED AGREEMENT.



Due to the highly specialized nature of our products we highly recommend
the customer completely read the terms and conditions before finalizing a
purchase.  We believe that our product will fit most American and imported
vehicles.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons,
images, audio clips and software, is the property of Awell Logistics Group or
its suppliers and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws. Any
unauthorized use of the materials appearing on this site may violate
copyright, trademark and other applicable laws and could result in criminal
or civil penalties. All software used on this site is the property Awell Logistics
Group, Inc. or its software suppliers and protected by U.S. and international
copyright laws and may not be reproduced, modified, distributed,
transmitted, or republished.

Payment

All customers must pre-pay for all products.  This is because each product
is special ordered.  We will accept money orders, personal checks, cashier’
s checks, and credit cards.  All personal/company checks must wait two
weeks for clearance.



Returns

Our customer guarantee is that you can return your item within 5 days of
receipt for any reason as long as it is returned in original packaging and
customer pays for return shipping, original shipping fees are non-
refundable. If the customer cancels within 30 days from ordering a 25%
cancellation fee will be applied.  All returns must be authorized and
approved by Awell Logistics' Marketing Division.  All return requests must be
made within 5 days after receiving order.  All approved returns must be
returned to Awell Logistics' Marketing Division in unused and unaltered
condition with original packaging (or better packaging).  Insure that product
is very well packaged.  Refunds will not be issued on returns that are
damaged during shipping back to Awell Logistics' Marketing Division if the
product is not received in original packaging or better.  In the event that
damage does occur, a refund will be issued when a claim has been settled
with the carrier.  Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a
refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own
expense.



Shipping Damages

Some products may be damaged during transit.  Inspect all packages
immediately in the presence of the delivery person.  Do not sign delivery
receipt until all packages have been inspected.  In the event that damage
has occurred, physically write “damaged” on the delivery bill and have the
delivery person sign it as verification.  Retain all boxes and other packaging
material as package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Email Awell
Logistics' Marketing Division, Inc. within 24 hours to file a claim request.  
Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for damage claim.



Warranty/Liability

All products sold by Awell Logistics Group, Inc. are sold “as is” to the
customer.  However, if there is a manufacturing problem with the product, we
will gladly replace the malfunctioning item.  Items thats have been abused
will not be covered under warranty.  We do not refund labor installations of
any kind.  Please visit our technical support if any questions.



Backorders

If product is in stock, it will be shipped within 48 hours.  Most orders take
within two weeks.  In the event that there is a backorder, we will notify you
through email.


Typographical Errors

In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect
information due to typographical error or error in pricing or product
information received from our suppliers, Awell Logistics' Marketing Division
shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at
the incorrect price. Awell Logistics Group, Inc. shall have the right to refuse
or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and
your credit card charged.
